Janice Smylie, PhD. has been using EFT since 2003 and teaching EFT since 2004. I have attended major training events and have done some personal work with Gary H. Craig, the creator of EFT. In 2003 and afterwards I attended a Borrowing Benefits Conference, two Conferences on Serious Diseases, and I was also invited to be part of an EFT Masters training program. When you are ready to open your heart and mind to new thoughts and behaviours, you can experience a major shift in your life. You can gain a better balance in your relationships and feel happier. Some issues or challenges require persistent tapping for a period of time, and sometimes the assistance of a skilled practitioner is the key to success.
EFT helps millions of people globally. In 2015, the seventh annual World Tapping Summit was attended by 610,000 people. Those with serious physical or emotional health issues may benefit by learning how to use EFT effectively. Working with an experienced EFT practitioner may benefit you the most.
